My wife and I founded a "dining in the wild" project, hosting interactive culinary adventures that are built around cooking with natural elements; exploring traditional cooking methods, using firewood, earth and stone, and turning seasonal and local ingredients into beautiful feasts.

Culture is defined by its people, the food shared, and its natural wilderness. We seek to explore the relationship between us and our environment through coming together around food and nature.

What we do
Organize dining experiences in wadis, mountains, deserts, beaches, farms, and cultural landmarks. Host interactive culinary adventures utilizing resources of our surrounding environment.

Explore nature through all the senses. Learn about the seasonality of food. Discover the history of your space. Connect to a wider community. Move out of the mundane.
